Experience:
Manager – 12+ years (upto 42 LPA fixed + 30% variable)
Sr. Manager - 15+ years (upto 56 LPA fixed + 40% variable)

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Industry Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs, strong industry-focused end-to-end process knowledge, and proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams of SMEs and managers. The ideal candidate will bring management consulting experience, hands-on exposure across SAP modules (with strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) capability), and a track record of delivering complex international and domestic solutions based on SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP S/4HANA Transformation & Architecture
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation initiatives for industry-specific clients (Manufacturing, Consumer, Utilities, Life Sciences, or relevant industry) Define target architecture, business process blueprints, and transformation roadmaps aligned with industry best practices Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops, solution design, and process harmonization across global entities Ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP capabilities, and enterprise architecture standards Industry & Process Leadership
Act as the industry SME, providing thought leadership on industry-specific processes, KPIs, and operating models Own end-to-end business process design, with strong competence in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and its integration with FICO, MM, PP, and other modules Guide clients on process optimization, simplification, and innovation using S/4HANA best practices Consulting & Stakeholder Management
Lead management consulting engagements including business case development, roadmap definition, value realization, and transformation governance. Drive workshops, executive steering committees, and design authority forums. Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposals, RFPs, and estimations. Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of overall experience in SAP implementations and transformation programs Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Transformation / Greenfield / Brownfield implementations Graduated from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutions (preferably with MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 B-schools) Prior management consulting experience (Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting preferred) Why Join Our Client?
