Job Opening: Manager/Sr. Manager SAP Process Expert - SAP EWM, TM

Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai & Bangalore.

Experience:

Manager – 12+ years (upto 42 LPA fixed + 30% variable)

Sr. Manager - 15+ years (upto 56 LPA fixed + 40% variable)

About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Process Expert / Cross-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA, strong management consulting background, and hands-on experience across SAP EWM and TM. The role involves leading end-to-end business process design, supporting presales activities, and driving global SAP transformation programs for large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process & SAP S/4HANA Expertise

  • Lead end-to-end process design and harmonization across Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations using SAP S/4HANA.
  • Act as a Cross-Functional SME, collaborating across modules to ensure integrated process flows.
  • Drive fit-to-standard workshops, business blueprinting, and solution validation.
  • Translate complex business requirements into SAP-enabled solutions aligned with industry best practices.

    • SAP EWM / TM Functional Leadership

  • Provide deep functional expertise in SAP EWM and SAP TM, including integration with core S/4HANA.
  • Design and validate end-to-end logistics and transportation processes.
  • Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and go-live readiness.

    • Consulting & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with senior business stakeholders to shape business transformation roadmaps.
  • Provide strategic advisory on process optimization, standardization, and SAP adoption.
  • Manage and guide functional consultants and offshore delivery teams.

    • Pre-Sales / RFP / RFQ Support

  • Actively contribute to pre-sales engagements, including: RFP/RFQ responses Solution architecture and process flows Effort estimation and scope definition
  • Participate in client presentations, solution walkthroughs, and proposal discussions.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

    Functional & Technical Expertise

  • 12+ years of overall experience in minimum 2–3 full life-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Strong process knowledge across Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations
  • Graduated from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutions (preferably with MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 B-schools)
  • Proven management consulting experience (Big 4 / Tier-1 / Global SI preferred)
