Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to take the company forward: growing sales, improving operations, developing and implementing systems, and helping the company be sustainable.
• Explore ways to increase the success of vulnerable women healing from trauma; develop strategies to train and employ as many survivors and at risk women as possible.
