For an internationally operating German mechanical engineering company in the automotive sector, we are currently looking for an experienced senior executive to take full P&L and operational responsibility for Spain.
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the business operations in Spain
Leadership, development and empowerment of the local management team
Expansion and maintenance of strategic customer relationships in industrial and automotive markets
Oversight of production sites with a strong focus on efficiency, lean management and digitalization
Your Profile
Several years of senior leadership experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment
Strong background in production, process optimization and operational excellence
Fluent in Spanish and English; German is a plus
Hands-on, structured leadership style with strong commercial awareness
