German mechanical engineering company in the automotive sector
, we are currently looking for an experienced senior executive to take
full P&L and operational responsibility for Spain
.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the business operations in Spain
• Leadership, development and empowerment of the local management team
• Expansion and maintenance of strategic customer relationships in industrial and automotive markets
• Oversight of production sites with a strong focus on
  efficiency, lean management and digitalization

Your Profile

• Several years of senior leadership experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment
• Strong background in production, process optimization and operational excellence
• Fluent in
  Spanish and English
  ; German is a plus
