Role Overview

The Managing Director – Financial Controller will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Financial Control function. The role is responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, governance, controls, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management across global entities, while driving transformation, automation, and talent development in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial control, accounting, and reporting for global banking entities supported by the GCC.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP.
• Oversee balance sheet substantiation, P&L reviews, intercompany accounting, and consolidation activities.
