Package: c.£175k base + Package + Equity

We are supporting a fast-growing, PE backed, multinational engineering services contractor in the appointment of a Managing Director to lead operational delivery, commercial performance, and strategic growth.

Operating across renewable energy, energy infrastructure and industrial manufacturing, the business has built a strong reputation for safety, quality and collaborative project delivery.

Reporting to the Chairman, this role will take full ownership of operational execution, project performance, margin delivery and team leadership, while playing a hands-on role in business development and major contract wins.
