Who are we recruiting for?

A successful, unique and internationally respected market leader in maritime technology, entering an exciting new growth era after nearly three decades of assured, visionary leadership. This is a vibrant opportunity to step into the Managing Director seat of a robust, profitable business with full mentorship and support.

What will you be doing?

Work closely alongside the current MD, receiving improved knowledge transfer and motivating mentorship—becoming MD within 12 months

Lead, inspire, and empower a determined senior team and loyal workforce towards creative commercial innovation, new market segments and stronger performance

Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities, refreshing commercial strategies.

Be the assured public face of the business at industry events, winner-focused trade shows, and with key clients in the international superyacht sector

Champion a collaborative culture, developing bold talent and driving the business towards sustained, improved growth

Are you the ideal candidate?

Qualified with at least 10 years’ strong senior leadership and commercial success in maritime technology, superyacht, or related service sectors

Brave, energetic and inspired sales leadership, with cross-border experience and a proven track record of driving substantial growth

Excellent communicator with improved stakeholder management and public presence

Motivated, people-focused, and determined; fluent in English (Spanish or other European languages a plus)

Willing and able to relocate to Mallorca and establish a successful personal and professional presence
