Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.Lead and manage senior management teams across all departments, a part of sales team.Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients.Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for growth and profitability.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation.Represent the company at industry events and maintain its reputation in the sector.
