We are looking for a seasoned operations expert to drive day-to-day execution and become the critical link between partners, contractors, and internal workflows.

• Manage deals/project timelines, coordinate parties, and maintain execution momentum;
• Develop and manage deal documentation (drafts, templates, signatures) ensuring organization within the deal room;
• Track key milestones (commitments,payment deadlines,closing steps)and provide clear status updates to stakeholders;

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- VC/PE/fund operations experience or adjacent finance roles
