Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
  • Develop business plans=L strategies.
  • Present reports on the company’s business and performance to the board.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the management team
  • Monitor and optimise budgets, financial forecasts, revenue and KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Engineering field or its equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge in Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning (HVAC) industries and markets
  • Proven experience at the senior or management level position
  • Strong track record of developing strategic and business plans
  • Excellent organisational and leadershipudades skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Business level Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients, affiliates and Japan HQhens
  • Past working experience in Japan will have an added advantage
