Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: Define and execute the company's long-term strategic vision, mission, and growth roadmap. Identify new market opportunities and drive innovation across product and business models.
  • Business Growth & P&L Management: Own full P&L responsibility. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals. Oversee all commercial functions including marketing, sales, and business development.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead future fundraising rounds. Serve as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors, investors, and stakeholders, communicating strategy, performance, and capital needs effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: Scale operational processes, supply chain, and infrastructure to support international exploration while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Team Building & Culture: Attract, mentor, and retain top‑tier talent. Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and mission‑driven company culture.
  • Brand & Market Positioning: Elevate the OTO Wellness brand to a global leadership position. Strengthen brand equity and customer loyalty.
  • Partnerships & Alliances: Forge strategic partnerships with key distributors, retailers, technology partners, and wellness ecosystem players worldwide.
  • Corporate Governance: Ensure the standards of corporate governance, legal compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 20+ years of executive leadership experience, with at least 10 years as CEO or COO of a high‑growth technology, consumer wellness, DTC, or health‑tech company.
  • Profound understanding of the healthcare/life sciences ecosystem in key Asian markets such as Singapore and China, with the ability to accurately identify cutting‑edge trends, core sectors, and key success factors to inform corporate strategy.
  • Qualification: A bachelor's degree or above, or those with experience as the CEO or COO in consumer health or health technology companies will be given priority consideration.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, financial literacy, and experience managing a full P&L. Strong background in fundraising (VC/PE) and investor relations.
  • Deep understanding of the global wellness, fitness, consumer health, or direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) e‑commerce landscapes.
  • Experience building and scaling operational systems, supply chains, and international go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire teams, build consensus, and represent the company with external partners and media.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, data‑driven decision maker, resilient, adaptable, and deeply passionate about health and wellness.
