• Enhance the quantity and quality of recruitment by developing successful leaders.
• Emphasis on quality recruitment by the Agency Leaders and Agency Associates through one‑on‑one sessions.
• Create a mutual support platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associates and Agents to enable easier recruitment.
• Enhance AFPY & number of cases by the unit.
• Focus on potential EC, MDRT and CEO Council agents throughout the entire unit.
• Focus on several R&R winners.
• Focus on the enablement and development of the team.
• Ensure agents, agency associates, agency associates' unit and agency leader unit comply with various IRDA guidelines.
