Role Overview

• Drive outbound telesales activities and achieve sales targets
• Engage prospects over the phone and convert leads into sales
• Support, guide, and motivate team members (for TL/Senior level)
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales tracking tools

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in telesales, customer service, or related field
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets (phone sales preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Confident, resilient, and able to handle rejection
• Self-motivated with a positive sales mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• CRM familiarity is a plus
• People management experience preferred (for TL/Senior role)
