Job Description
We are looking for a Mandarin Customer Service Representative (Voice Profile) to support customers for a well-known Tea Beverage Project. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and provide professional customer support in Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via voice calls in Mandarin
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain proper documentation and follow internal procedures
- Deliver excellent customer experience and meet KPI targets
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken)
- English proficiency at B2 level (AMCAT requirement)
- Comfortable working in a 24-hour rotating shift environment
