Job Description

We are looking for a Mandarin Customer Service Representative (Voice Profile) to support customers for a well-known Tea Beverage Project. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and provide professional customer support in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via voice calls in Mandarin
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow internal procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer experience and meet KPI targets

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken)
  • English proficiency at B2 level (AMCAT requirement)
  • Comfortable working in a 24-hour rotating shift environment
