Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mandarin-speaking IT Support Engineer based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. The IT Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, ensuring network security, and managing network systems. The role also includes collaboration with teams to address operational challenges and enhance IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify and resolve IT issues effectively
• Strong background in Information Technology, with an understanding of systems administration and infrastructure
• Knowledge of Networking and Network Security principles to maintain and protect systems
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for effective communication with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to both in-office and remote work as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including RPA, AI, or ML, is an advantage
