(MANDARIN SPEAKER) Fresh Graduates DATA CENTRE Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer

Goal:

Build a strong foundation in data centre operations and safety.

• Gain an overview of data centre workflows and core operational structures.
• Learn the functions of critical infrastructure systems (UPS, generators, cooling, power distribution).
• Understand site safety standards, access controls, and engineering procedures.
• Support the creation of daily logs, operational documents, and checklists.

Phase 2: Live Operations Immersion

Acquire hands‑on experience through shadowing operations teams.

• Rotate with 24/7 shift teams to observe real‑time operations.
• Assist in regular inspections of infrastructure and environmental systems.
• Learn to monitor and interpret alarms/alerts using BMS or DCIM platforms.
• Support initial incident response and escalation processes.
• Take part in shift handovers, SOP reviews, and emergency response drills.
