Job Description
Role: Manhattan WMS L2 Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support for Manhattan WMS, including incident resolution and service request handling.
Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of warehouse management system issues.
Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams for smooth operations and support delivery.
Collaborate with warehouse operators and stakeholders to understand issues and provide solutions.
Document resolutions, maintain knowledge base, and ensure compliance with support SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong functional knowledge of warehouse management processes and operations.
Hands-on technical expertise in Manhattan WMS (latest versions preferred).
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and query optimization.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
