Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

  • Has at least 2–3 years of experience in manpower planning, workforce analytics, or HR operations

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and trends

  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics, headcount budgeting, and labor cost analysis

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Amenable to work in Chino Roces Makati City
