Job Description
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Has at least 2–3 years of experience in manpower planning, workforce analytics, or HR operations
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and trends
Good understanding of recruitment metrics, headcount budgeting, and labor cost analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Amenable to work in Chino Roces Makati City
