Manpower Supervisor / Site Operations Supervisor (Gujarati Speaking)
Location: Becharaji, Gujarat
Salary: ₹29,000 per month (In-hand)
Job Summary We are looking for a Gujarati-speaking Manpower Supervisor with hands-on experience in managing large numbers of blue-collar manpower. The candidate should be strong in attendance management, invoicing coordination, Excel reporting, and manpower deployment planning , and capable of handling day-to-day site operations independently.
Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise large blue-collar workforce at site
Maintain daily attendance, OT records, and manpower rosters
Prepare and manage Excel-based reports (attendance sheets, deployment trackers, summaries)
Coordinate with HO for invoicing inputs and validations
Plan and execute manpower deployment & replacement strategy
Handle absenteeism, shift planning, and emergency manpower gaps
Act as the single point of contact between client, workers, and head office
