Manpower Supervisor / Site Operations Supervisor (Gujarati Speaking)
Location: Becharaji, Gujarat
Salary: ₹29,000 per month (In-hand)
We are looking for a Gujarati-speaking Manpower Supervisor with hands-on experience in managing large numbers of blue-collar manpower. The candidate should be strong in attendance management, invoicing coordination, Excel reporting, and manpower deployment planning, and capable of handling day-to-day site operations independently.
- Manage and supervise large blue-collar workforce at site
- Maintain daily attendance, OT records, and manpower rosters
- Prepare and manage Excel-based reports (attendance sheets, deployment trackers, summaries)
- Coordinate with HO for invoicing inputs and validations
