Manual QA Tester

The Manual QA Tester role will be responsible for testing key functionality for various web applications including websites, intranet, and core, mission critical business applications. The successful Manual QA Tester will work closely with business users and technical teams to participate in daily stand ups, contribute to missing acceptance criteria, create test cases and test scripts needed for successful execution of functional tests.

Roles and responsibility:

• Perform exploratory testing on UHRS tasks and workflows to uncover defects, usability gaps, and unexpected system behavior.
• Execute regression testing to verify that new updates do not disrupt existing task processes or judgment accuracy.
• Create, document, and maintain test cases and scenarios based on UHRS task guidelines and functional requirements.
