Job Description

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX/Design, Engineering, and QA teams in an Agile environment to deliver critical projects.
  • Manage bug life cycle including defect tracking, reporting, analysis, and verification.
  • Develop detailed Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases based on requirements; use Jira for managing the testing process.
  • Review business and technical design documents to identify gaps and key testing areas.
  • Provide testing support for Mobile applications (Web, Windows, Database) including test strategy definition, planning, and execution of unit, system, integration, and regression tests.
  • Troubleshoot mobile devices (Android and iOS) to support testing activities.
  • Respond promptly to issues reported through email, phone, or internal channels.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge base documentation.
  • Perform manual testing to validate application functionality and user experience.
