Your responsibilities The Manufacturing Engineering department is an elite team that promotes technical and interpersonal skill development. This department is flexible and welcomes diversity of thought as they tackle projects with significant impact on both financial and operating resources in the organization. The Manufacturing Engineer is an integral part of the Manufacturing Engineering and S2QDC Teams. This position is responsible for achieving and maintaining OEE and scrap goals for a specified area of responsibility. This person is responsible to develop and implement improvements that include equipment reliability and efficiency, technician and operator skills, and cost optimizations. This person works within the Manufacturing Engineering and S2QDC Teams to improve production and quality metrics and to provide the appropriate engineering support for the respective production area.
