Manufacturing Change Agent

POSITION SUMMARY

· The manufacturing change agent is the responsible person of analyzing, managing and implementing the engineering changes that affect the Manufacturing plant. This person reunites and applies all the multidisciplinary skills that are required to generate high added value in the NPDI and Legacy products.

Working with Engineering, DBA, Manufacturing, and Operations teams, the Change Agent is in charge of getting the best design for manufacturability, applying improvement changes and approved deviations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Track the engineering Change Orders (COs) and Deviations through Global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and processes to ensure timely completion and deployment in multiple regional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.

· Work with the Engineering team for the definition, modification and improvement of the products, in order to have an accurate Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Bill of Material...
