Job Description

Manufacturing Design Engineer (Hands-on Production Focus)

  • . Degree in Engineering (or related technical field) and 1+ year of 2D & 3D CAD experience is a requirement

  • Significant hands-on production floor experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is a must for this position 

  • Pay is up to $70,000

  • Expertise in process development, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement is required

  • 60-70% of the time is spent on the production floor (not a desk job)

  • Full-time, permanent, salaried W-2 position

  • No remote work as this is an on-site position

  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

  • Full benefits package

  • Located in the Brookfield, WI area
