Manufacturing Director

This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing large-scale production, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This Manufacturing Directors’ key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to multiple manufacturing sites ensuring alignment with the company goals and objectives.
  • Implement best practice to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all sites. Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
