    • Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of operators, technicians and supervisors.
  • Liaise with Supervisors, Engineers, Planners and other respective Departments for production processes
  • Oversee daily operation of respective production requirements such as line productivity, efficiency, quality, yield and machine utilization
  • Participate in Production Process Planning and scheduled meetings
  • Conduct Toolbox meetings to identify production requirements
  • Ensure production schedules accord to that of the Planner
  • Conduct on-the-job training for direct reports
  • Prepare and submit required monthly reports
  • Keep track of any rectifications or improvements required
