Methode Electronics is looking for a highly technical, hands-on, and motivated Manufacturing Engineer responsible for support the integrity and quality of the components manufactured throughout the entire value chain from the point of production to the end customer for the North American Automotive Division. This position supports all departments in our Monterrey area plants with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Position Responsibilities:
Ensure processes without security risks.
Supervise the scrap report and execute actions to improve the metric.
Execute actions to improve the quality metric (YIELD) internal and external PPM's.
Ensure Reverse PFMEA compliance with the cross-functional team.
Supervise the execution of corrective maintenance orders.
