We’re Hiring | Manufacturing Engineer – Aircraft Electrical Harnesses
Location: Bengaluru (Bagmane Tech Park, CV Raman Nagar)

Role: Manufacturing Engineer
✈️ Key Responsibilities
- Author and validate build plans and fabrication processes for aircraft electrical wire harnesses
- Develop and refine work instructions for installing wire harnesses and components in panels and assemblies
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes including:
- Cutting, sorting, color-coding, labeling & kitting
- Measuring, stripping, crimping, soldering & routing
- Handling different wire types, gauges, heat-shrink, and related materials
- Create installation plans using CAPP / MES / Teamcenter
- Develop testing & inspection plans for continuity and system functionality
- Perform process audits to ensure compliance with defined standards
- Support FOD prevention, safety procedures, and non-conformance resolution
- Identify production inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Participate in DFM and producibility studies; prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with regional suppliers to resolve quality issues and enhance processes
- Contribute to standards engineering and manufacturing operations through feedback and reviews
️ Technical Skills & Tools
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, heat guns
- Wire identification & cutting machines
- Experience with aircraft electrical harnesses, cable assemblies, and shop-floor wiring
⭐ Preferred Profile
- Hands-on experience in electrical harness / cable assembly manufacturing
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving & critical thinking skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and suppliers
