**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support Building a safety culture and all the safety initiatives and efforts towards zero accidents.
- Support to assure quality compliances across the supply chain.
- Develop the team skills and competencies across the Fabrication area.
- Support fabrication Manufacturing team activities.
- Support the introduction of new platforms and/or model year changes.
- Influence R&D decisions towards DFM.
- Continuously seek for make opportunities (growth) with NPD Project Leader.
- Support the Coordinator on Budget and forecast preparation for capital and operational
expenses.
- Strong execution of best lean practices.
- Support Industrial Engineer to Optimize the Minute per Vehicles in Fabrication.
- Seize opportunities of innovation for fabrication manufacturing processes.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Coordinator.
