Job Description
Develops and maintains control over labor standards for manufacturing operations. Verifies compliance with production processes and suggests improvements in work methods or operation sequences to enhance productivity. Resolves technical issues and develops projects for assigned processes and products. Responsible for the design and implementation of fixtures and tools for production lines/cells.

- Responsible for process KPIs related to the assigned product, scrap control, yield improvements, rejection analysis, cost reduction, and process enhancements, including rework instructions.
- Develops process documentation that meets manufacturing standards.
- Supports the quality management system by participating in the development of PFMEA, control plans, and control sheets.
- Designs fixtures and tools for production lines/cells.
- Maintains effective and constant communication with different areas to ensure efficient teamwork for project completion.
