Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the timely creation, processing, and validation of CNC programs for new products, as well as the reprocessing of legacy parts. This role includes the design and implementation of fixturing, tooling, and other specialized work holding solutions to support manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and write CNC programs using Mastercam to efficiently produce precision parts on various machines for industrialization of product.Setup and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints and technical drawings.Inspect first run piece and perform in-process quality checks utilizing precision instrument tools and in-process sheets according to company procedures.Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize production processes and ensure high-quality standards are met.Create and maintain documentat...
