Manufacturing Engineer

Main position objectives

The Manufacturing Engineer develops and produces high quality CNC programs and processes in a manner that promotes high accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery for MAAGs Die Plate Machine Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision that supports a first-time-right manufacturing strategy from design to completion, identify process improvements, guides and leads the programming team, and facilitates collaboration between Die Plate Engineering and Manufacturing Operations.
