Job Description Job Description Manufacturing Engineer The Manufacturing Engineer supports production and processes for CNC machining centers as well as for the processes of assembling CNC lathes. This involves supporting lean initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and standardization to support ISO 9001. Provides technical solutions regarding CNC programming, routing development, assembly process development and improvement, and tooling/fixture design. Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related). Six Sigma Belt training preferred. 3 years of experience in CAD/CAM required (i.e. AutoCAD, Solidworks, MasterCam, SmartCam, etc.). Knowledge of CNC machine programming. Should have strong leadership capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes required. Project management experience.
