Job Description
Responsibilities
+ Observe and analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
+ Develop and implement quality control processes and cost-saving measures.
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of existing production equipment and fixtures.
+ Prepare, execute, and document product qualification testing.
+ Oversee the full lifecycle of a product's manufacturing process, including assembly, packaging, and quality control.
+ Educate new employees on current manufacturing and workflow processes.
+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, such as OSHA and AS9100.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or related engineering field
+ 5+ years of manufacturing experience
+ Proficiency in CAD software (preferably SolidWorks), statistical tools, and Microsoft office programs
