**Design Skills and Abilities**:
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Ability to create or verify process diagrams, piping/instrumentation diagrams, and equipment schematics using CAD software.
- Preferred proven experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo Parametric, and/or Solidworks.
- Experience in maintenance engineering and/or US/MEX Line transfers.
- Strong skills in statistical analysis.
- Experience in Six-Sigma/Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of metrology and GD&T.
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Experience in harness manufacturing.
- Experience working with packaging machines (A plus).
