**Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team!**
The Manufacturing Engineer must be highly technical and is directly responsible for developing processes in the CNC Machining/Tooling Department, focusing on improving product quality, productivity, operational flow, lead time, and reducing product cost. The individual will provide leadership and cultivate an environment that supports teamwork, continuous improvement, and innovation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure machines are running at optimal efficiencies.
Ability to Quote and estimate cycle times from a print or cad model.
Coach and train operators as required
Adjust set-ups and programs to improve yields and cycle times.
Communicate all work in progress and inform upper management of potential problems with agreed deadlines.
