**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field required.
- 1 year of manufacturing process experience with thorough understanding of extrusion in theory and practice required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage long term technical projects highly preferred.
- Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Wire Extrusion
- Cable Assembly (High Speed)
- Taping
- Electrical Tests
- Ability to work independently and effectively with cross functional teams.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Experience with planning and conducting tests to validate equipment and processes.
- Experience in completing technical documentation for engineering and manufacturing.
