We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our MNC's client in Senai, Johor. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes. This is a full‑time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.
What you’ll be doing
Coordinate new transfer programs and evaluate process flow charts.
Perform time studies and recommend productivity improvements.
Handle corrective actions for discrepancies found during inspections or audits.
Design line layouts, jigs, and fixtures; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and update documentation for new processes and engineering changes.
Review product designs for manufacturability (DFM).
Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to improve quality and reduce costs.
Develop and validate testing methods and process requirements.
