Position Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement projects, and supporting new product introductions in our chiller production plant. You will work closely with production teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in our growing operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Support the launch of new product by developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions.
- Analyze production metrics and implement data‑driven solutions to improve output and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability of new and existing products.
- Train production teams on new processes and best practices.
- Evaluate and implement automation and digital manufacturing technologies where applicable.
