Job Description
Purpose
- Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of AutoCad, Illustrator,
- Minitab or other statistical tool, Lean Six Sigma and project management tools preferred.
- Fluent English (written & Oral)
- High level of leadership, communicationskills, presentation skills
- Strong personality and can work underpressure
- A problem-solver and willing to takeup new challenges
- Good working knowledge of productdevelopment
- Good problem solving skills andteamwork attitude, initiative and hardworking
- Cost calculation skills, test runs and verification of the products
- Other related duties as assigned
- Engineer II: Over 4 years of experience in a similar position and ISO knowledge preferable.
