Purpose

  • Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of AutoCad, Illustrator,
  • Minitab or other statistical tool, Lean Six Sigma and project management tools preferred.
  • Fluent English (written & Oral)
  • High level of leadership, communicationskills, presentation skills
  • Strong personality and can work underpressure
  • A problem-solver and willing to takeup new challenges
  • Good working knowledge of productdevelopment
  • Good problem solving skills andteamwork attitude, initiative and hardworking
  • Cost calculation skills, test runs and verification of the products
  • Other related duties as assigned

Experience

  • Engineer II: Over 4 years of experience in a similar position and ISO knowledge preferable.
