Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes
- Plan and implement process improvements, lean manufacturing, cost reduction
- Monitor production metrics, yield, bottlenecks, and quality performance
- Work with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
- Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Oversee equipment selection, maintenance, and qualification
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar
- 3–7 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, process optimization
- Proficiency in CAD, process simulation, data analysis
- Problem-solving mindset, cross-functional teamwork
