Provide engineering support in manufacturing high quality and regulatory-compliant medical and analytical devices.Establish effective work instructions and controls of critical process & test parameters.Maintain bill of materials and set up routing hours.Establish monitoring mechanism to key process parameters (yield, NCM) and respond proactively to process & material deviation in maintaining product quality and ensuring assurance of supply.Collaborate with other internal functions as well as external supplier and service providers in running continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, cost and efficiency - tools and jig design, automation, process optimization.Work closely with production to ensure assembly and test activities are carried out correctly and in compliance with released processes.Work closely with production technicians and assemblers on failure troubleshooting, provide ...
