- Design changes, material cost reduction implementation. - Deliverable list focused on medical devices. - Multi-project management focused on cost reduction. - Manufacturing process support focused on ISO 13485. - Change orders generation for process/components. - Process validation for process and product improvements (IQ-OQ-PQ) - Value stream map elaboration of 3 main product families. - Cycle time analysis and load balancing between processes. - Create, modify & maintain documentation (standard work, procedures). - Data analysis, pivot tables & graph representation such as trend lines & paretos. - Layout design & implementation of work cell expansion due to demand increase. - Improvement of productivity by the implementation of SMED - Provide effective support to assigned production areas regarding to QA & EHS.
