- Manufacturing engineer dedicated to the production line - Troubleshoot day-day issues - Focal point for quality improvements and process stability - Implementing introduction to SPC, process control - Monitoring of key characteristics - Part of the Non-conforming material and disposition process - Ensures correct implementation of changes in production line - Defines or re-defines a machining process according to Methods, tools and NC programs defined targets and customer specifications - Defines and seeks approval for process changes - Chooses cutting tools and machining and fabrication strategies - Follows the process for NC-programs validation and manages feedbacks (Green Programs) - Compiles technical files - Helps other to solve technical problems - Uses the quality clinic methodology and 8D process find root cause and CA for quality problems - Elaborates new machining strategies with proven performances - Tests and validates standard ...
