Manufacturing Engineer

Oversees industrialization processes based on specific technologies by developing and executing, new product & continuous improvement processes based on AOP and growth projections for the site.

KEY JOB AREAS OF RESPONSABILITIES:
•    Responsible to maintain updated the documentation of the processes (SOS, SCS, PFME)
•    Responsible to develop, audit, follow and keep updated PFMEA and processes standards based on manufacturing documentation
•    Responsible Setup compliance
•    Responsible to making time and give suport in PPH compliance.
•    Responsible of quick kaizen, knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process
•    Partner with maintenance Eng. /Technician for trouble shooting analysis for key/critical equipment
•    Improve processes controls for Quality and productivity, Poka Yoke design and implementation.
•    Responsible to support the training and operator's certification in the identified critical process.
•    Lead line efficiency and improvement efforts (projects, pph, throughput, etc.).
•    Responsible for measure and updating layout changes in Auto CAD

REQUIREMENTS

•    Bachelor's degree on Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering.
•    +1 year minimum experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Continuous Improvement.
•    Experience with Plant wide project, example: Layout change, new machinery & Equipment implementation, new machinery & Equipment upgrade
•    English 80%
•    Core tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, CP, PPAP)
•    IAFT 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, QCI-15, QCI-9
•    Knowledge in the use of equipment's and tools of the related areas (i.e. welding, machining, balancing, assembly).
•    Experience with CNC machining (e.g. Turning, Milling & Grinding.
•    Ability to develop implement and follow up plant projects.
•    Capable of follow up activities according to the plant procedures.
•    Drawing and specification understanding (PI, QCI).
