Role Purpose & Value

This role is responsible for coordinating and leading the execution of the company’s 5-year industrial plan , fully aligned with divisional strategy. The scope includes driving relevant investments, capacity improvements, demand forecasting, productivity enhancements, and adherence to standards. The position also leads capital investment projects and oversees facilities maintenance activities . As a key member of the management team, this role provides critical business support at the plant level and delivers feedback to the wider function.

• Benchmark manufacturing processes against other GKN sites and implement plans to close performance gaps.
