Job Description
This role involves supporting the operations team during a new product launch as a 2st shift Manufacturing Engineer. You will work closely with assemblers and lead technicians to troubleshoot equipment and investigate process issues. Additionally, you will support projects aimed at designing and developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and product quality. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact while working on state-of-the-art products.
This job requires candidates that are open to working off shifts when needed!
Monday to Thursday, approximately 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. The role may begin as a 2nd shift but could switch to another shift over time. Shifts are 10 hours long, with potential for overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
